2 Timothy 2:15,
“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a
workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the
word of truth.”
The teaching ministries of Grace
Chapel exist in order to clearly interpret, explain, defend, and
apply the Word of God, which is foundational to every facet of
our church and its ministries. The following venues are some of
the primary ways in which we proclaim the Scriptures:
-
Pulpit Ministries – gathering consistently as a whole
church to sit under the Word preached expositionally,
which gives specific attention to the original languages,
the historical intent, and practical application.
-
Sunday School – meeting informally on Sunday mornings
to study and learn the truths of Scripture arranged
according to a variety of topics by a select number of
teachers, from children to adult ministries.
-
Bible Conferences – assembling annually for a
four-day symposium with sessions taught by a key-note
speaker, whose faithfulness in accurately handling the Word
of God is harvested to address issues related to the
doctrine and practice of the church.
2008 Bible
Conference
-
Growth Groups – convening occasionally throughout the
year to study the Scriptures topically in a way that allows
us to grapple with certain subjects not normally covered in
any other venue, usually taught by the Elders or other
chosen teachers.
